Pond

I ask my person for more rocks. 
Today she gave us water instead. 
We placed the rocks we have around it to make a pond.
Buddy and I climb up the rocks  with the water below,
It’s a hard climb for a dog with short legs.
We made it.
 Let’s rest Buddy.
Hey it’s Gator Gates!
 Guess he found the water before we did,
Looks like Gates is happy to have water.
