On my travels today I found a Covered Bridge.
It wasn’t a long Bridge.
It does have water flowing under it.
Lots of Amish Buggies go through here.

It has a sign with information about
the bridge.
My person forgot to take a picture
of it.

We didn’t do that.
The bridge looks like a house with two walls and a roof.
I don’t know why you need a roof on a bridge.
ACorn, in the olden days (before concrete or treated wood) the roof was to protect the floor of the bridge from rotting away. They are pretty rare now in most places. How great that you got to see one!

Thank you for the information about the roof over the bridge. It makes a lot of sense.
