An Almost Disaster

My person had to run an errand.
I went along wearing my wings.
While she was shopping I decided to fly around in the car.
I forgot the dog was with us
Totally unaware .
What is behind me?
WHOA!
Where did you come from?
It’s just me ACorn trying to be a flutterby.
Thankfully she only wanted to see what I was.
This could have been bad for me!
I think when I get home
I’ll remove my wings for a while.
