what a sweet little frock. Very summery. Pepper certainly has a talent for persuading her human to expand her wardrobe! The pattern on that fabric is the perfect scale for the wee Miss.

The fabric was a small leftover. We found it was just enough to make me a dress. Maybe I can find more leftovers.
